Frequently Asked Questions

how do we choose a location for our adventure elopement?

I can help you! Some of my couples know exactly where they want to go and others don't but do have an idea of how they want it to feel. I've flown all over the world and have bucket lists of my own. If you aren't sure where you'd like to elope, let's chat. I have a location guide we can review together, and we can pick your dream location!

do you help with planning & permits?

Absolutely to both, I love to be involved in the planning and help create an itinerary so that we can not only maximize our day together, but ensure we are good to fly when it comes to the big day.

can we bring family & friends to our elopement?

The answer is always YES! This is your day. Some couples want it to just be them, and some want their immediate family there. I'm here for it if that's what makes the two of you happy, the more tears the better!

how far will you travel & what are your travel fees?

I will travel anywhere! Travel fees vary by location. Of course, I'm very transparent about that cost once a location has been selected.

what is a pre or post wedding bridal session?

Pre are post bridal sessions are so awesome! The purpose of the shoot is to do your sunset bridal photos a day or two before or after your wedding day, then you don't have to leave your wedding reception for sunset photos and you get to just enjoy the evening!

will you help pose us? we have no idea what we're doing!

Posing is my favorite! I love an organic and candid vibe with movement. Sometimes I feel like I'm directing a scene. I love input, if there is a specific pose you really want to do please let me know. Otherwise, don't feel obligated to come up with your own poses, it's my job!

what if the weather is bad on our elopement day?

I try to be as flexible as possible, I've definitely had bad weather elopement days, and, depending on the location, we can work around the weather or split the day up with the day before or after given the weather.
